The pump-driven design overcomes low feed water pressure and cold water issues to ensure consistent production every day of the year. The system remove a wide range of dissolved solids including hardness minerals that cause energy robbing lime-scale build-up and corrosion causing chlorides, sulfates and sodium. The RO system is controlled by a microprocessor to protect the pump and provide operating information to the operator. The system features integrated pre-filtration, full system bypass, TDS monitor, membrane-feed recirculation, sample port, and multiple storage and repressurization options.
The model OP1200 reverse osmosis system produces up to 1200 gallons per day and incorporates mineral-addition that dissolves a balance of minerals into the RO water to provide desirable “Optimized” water TDS. This RO system is ideal for multiple combi ovens or other high-volume steam cooking applications and specialty coffee applications feeding multiple espresso machines, hot water towers, coffee brewers and ice machines.
